Specific areas we deal with are as follows: -

Valencia: We specialise in selling properties in Valencia and the surrounding region as this is where we are based.  All of these Spanish country properties for sale are usually only about 30 minutes from the city, 20/25 minutes from the airport and 10 /15 minutes to the picturesque mountains inland. 

This particular area, unlike others, is still today quite unspoilt and still very Spanish.  The landscape is very green here compared with the more southerly regions of Spain and we believe the properties here are far better value for money.

The year round temperatures are still as high - see temperature chart.  In fact if you watch Euronews they have recently been higher than further south.  If you haven't considered this area before then do please take a peek!

What is NOT generally realised is that the average turnaround of properties here is very short, so it's best that you do not ask for further details for any particular property as it will invariably prove to be a waste of time.

Why waste so much time looking around with endless numbers of agents when you can do it all in one go through Peek at Spain SL.  (SL is a Spanish registered Limited Company, paying taxes & National Insurance here in Spain, so everything is legitimate).
You should also be aware that many local Agents have 2 prices for their properties, one for the Spanish buyer and one for the foreigner.   So searching through local agents or booking up via their UK colleagues is often not very wise.  We can honestly say that we operate using Spanish prices with the Spanish commission system and absolutely NO extras.
